What's the role?

Be part of Hilti’s Global IT team for Marketing and Sales solutions where you will shape the future of Content and Social Technology. Hilti is bringing its Marketing Platforms to a new level and you can make a direct impact. You will learn about the Hilti business and how a company manages marketing content. You will be partnering with Digital Marketing stakeholders and tech teams to discuss new ideas to build, enhance and maintain the solution for our future success.

What does the role involve?

Collaborate with global marketing and tech teams to enhance digital content workflows and social media analytics. Translate business needs into scalable IT solutions using emerging technologies and user-centric approaches. Drive integration efforts between Marketing Core and other cloud solutions for social and content use cases. Partner with vendors and tech providers to design long-term solutions aligned with Hilti’s strategy for superior customer experience . Evaluate IT solutions for feasibility and impact, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational efficiency. channels

What you need is:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Digital marketing or related fields.
• Basic business process understanding and strong willingness and ability to learn how we use IT in Marketing and Sales.
• 4+ years of experience with digital marketing platforms e.g. Sprinklr, DAM, marketing automations, Sitecore, Sprinklr etc.
• Interested in solution implementation covering business requirements, solution designing, and hands-on implementation.
• Experience with system integration technologies and/ or software development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with excellent English (verbally and written).
• Willingness to embrace new ideas, methodologies, and different technologies.
• Experience in agile working is a plus.
