What's the role?

Are you passionate about creating seamless, innovative payment experiences in the digital world?

As an IT Business Analyst for our Flexible Payments Program, you will play a critical role in shaping the future payment solutions for our customers. This role requires a blend of business acumen, technical knowledge in an S/4/HANA, S/4/HANA Cloud environment, and a keen understanding of payment trends to drive initiatives that enhance customer payment experience, efficiency, and operability in an integrated architecture leveraging SAP technology (e.g., SAP Digital Payments).

What does the role involve?

As an IT Business Analyst for Flexible Payments, you will:

1. Drive requirements gathering by engaging with stakeholders, including business users, product owners, and technical teams, to identify, document, and validate requirements.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and convert them into functional requirements and technical specifications.
3. Recommend improvements, enhancements, and scalable solutions based on your understanding of processes and technology.
4. Participate in all stages of product release to ensure successful deployment and post-implementation stability, troubleshooting issues with technical teams as needed.
5. Contribute to Hilti’s Lead 2030 strategy by driving customer payment experience improvements based on scalable, secure, and compliant setups.
6. Leverage your experience in payment processes, finance, sales & distribution, system interfaces, PCI DSS standards, and ABAP debugging skills.

What you need is:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in business analysis within digital payments or financial technology, especially in an S/4/HANA environment, including interface experience with external systems like SAP DP, SAP CCP, SAP API Management, SAP BTP. Debugging skills in ABAP and knowledge of PCI DSS are advantageous.
• Understanding of business processes in SD or FICO modules within a global enterprise.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent communication skills, high commitment, self-responsibility, and customer focus.
• Experience working in international, virtual, and geographically dispersed teams.
