IT Business Analyst - Demand and Supply Management IT

What's the role?

As an IT Business Analyst in our team, you will design, implement, and support innovative and reliable digital supply chain solutions. Collaborating closely with business counterparts, other IT departments, and external partners, you will shape the future of Supply Chain Planning for more than 50 Hilti organizations worldwide.

What does the role involve?

In the Demand and Supply Management IT team, you will design, implement, and operate sophisticated digital solutions for Hilti’s supply chain. Our portfolio includes cloud systems like Blue Yonder S&OP, SAP Ariba, SAP ByDesign, and on-premises SAP S/4HANA ERP and SAP APO systems. You will help shape the global system landscape for Supply Chain Planning and Procurement. You will participate in a global program implementing S4 Hana Public Cloud ERP tenants in specific markets.

Your responsibilities include translating business requirements into IT solutions, collaborating in an agile environment with product owners and developers, and providing professional advice to our partners. What you need is:

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar with a GPA > 3.0
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with Procurement solutions (e.g., SAP Ariba) and SAP ERP (e.g., ECC, S4Hana). ABAP development experience is a plus.
• Additional experience in Supply Chain Management IT (e.g., SAP APO, SAP IBP, S4Hana, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis) is advantageous.
• Willingness to work closely with business partners, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to connect with global partners to motivate and achieve goals.
• An end-to-end understanding of supply chain management, especially supply chain planning.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
