Position Overview

Were looking for a experienced Backend Team Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, and API development. This is a technical leadership role that blends backend development with team mentorship and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead a team of developers to design scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems that support mission-critical healthcare business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend developers
• Design and develop high-performance APIs and services using .NET Core and C#
• Translate business process requirements into scalable backend solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and frontend teams to deliver cohesive features
• Oversee project feasibility studies, technical solution design, and risk assessments
• Ensure smooth system integration with frontend and third-party services
• Implement and uphold code quality, testing, and documentation standards
• Conduct code reviews and drive best practices in development
• Manage source control (GitHub, Bitbucket) and track project progress via Jira
• Stay current with backend technologies and propose innovations for process and system improvement

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience leading backend development teams
• Expertise in .NET Core, C#, and API/microservices architecture
• Strong grasp of backend system scalability, performance, and security
• Skilled in business process-oriented development
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
• Proficient in GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, and agile methodologies
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
