Job summary

Prudential plc is seeking a skilled IT auditor to join the GwIA team in Malaysia. The role involves developing risk-based audit plans, leading audits from planning through closure, and collaborating with senior management to address issues.

Candidates should have 3+ years in IT audit within financial services, a technology degree, and relevant certifications. Experience in cybersecurity, data analytics and IAM tools like SailPoint/CyberArk is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post Qualification - at least 3 years relevant experience in 2nd or 3rd line.
• Technology degree with CISA and/or other cybersecurity/tech certification.
• Experience in auditing controls, security and management in multiple IT domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review risk-based audit plans aligned to GwIA strategy.
• Lead or support audits from planning to closure and reporting.
• Discuss findings with senior management and ensure corrective actions.
• Promote data analytics testing and continuous monitoring of risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory environments and industry risks.
