A hospitality establishment is seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to manage hardware installations and maintenance. Key duties include resolving technical issues, providing excellent support for guests' connectivity, and assisting with AV setups for events. The ideal candidate should be skilled in troubleshooting and network management. This position offers benefits such as health insurance and professional development opportunities.
1. Resolve IT issue on hardware for all Hotel’s IT equipment including: Desktop/Laptop, Printers, Photocopier & Servers
2. Doing preventive maintenance on all hardware
3. Regular checking in guest room for Wifi, Telephone & TV Channel
4. Regular check Wifi and IPTV at Public Area and Meeting Room
5. Regular check on telephone extension
6. Daily test for internet connectivity directly from HSIA.
7. Setup a network for new place after cabling done by Maintenance Team
8. Setup network facilities for Event Guest which required Live Streaming or Online Meeting at Meeting Room
9. Assist guest which required any Test/Rehearsal.
10. Assist and advise AV Technician with any query about Projector/LED Panel including purchase new equipment, issues related AV including: Projector, LED Panel, Cables & Transmitter/receivers
11. Upload promotion video/advertisement in IPTV
12. Upload signage in Meeting room IPTV
13. Monthly test server, HSIA
14. Randomly check staff browsing activity
15. Make sure all unnecessary website is controlled or blocked if needed
