About the role

TC BUDAYA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD' is seeking an experienced and dedicated IT professional to join our team in Bintulu, Sarawak. As our IT support specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure and providing high-quality service to our employees.

What you'll be doing

Provide end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity

Manage and maintain the company's IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals

Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems

Assist with the deployment and configuration of new software and hardware

Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications

Collaborate with external IT service providers and vendors to ensure the seamless integration and operation of IT solutions

Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role

Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues

Proficient in the use of various operating systems, including Windows

Familiarity with networking technologies, such as routers, switches, and firewalls

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields would be an advantage
