Job Summary

IT Architecture & Projects Manager is responsible as the functional lead within the Digital & Technology department that will primarily manage the Enterprise architecture landscape, drive digital transformation, develop IT/Digital strategies and transformation roadmaps, and managing the delivery of cross-functional technology programmes. This role also acts as a transformation leader and product owner for key integration initiatives across systems and functions.

You will play an essential role to:

IT Strategic Planning

• To established/maintain an Enterprise Architecture artefacts/references (Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture and Technology Architecture) as a practice across the organisation including managing overall IT arhictecture landscape and ensure its alignment to overall IT Strategy
• Business Demand Management : Manage and contribute to finding and implementing effective solutions and in a matrix organization to support business demands and requirements
• To work with the Digital & Technology Department functions and to manage demands from the business through prioritising portfolio of IT initiatives to be implemented and ensure alignment to overall Group IT Strategy.
• Constantly exposed to upskill and understand new emerging technologies to help build digital capabilities and drive innovation across the Vinda SEA including research, prototyping, pilotting and creating awareness/educating business and IT users on new emerging technologies
• To develop IT Strategic Plan and Roadmaps and to drive digital transformation agenda in accordance to strategy

Financial Management

• Recommend, establish, and control budgets, expenses guidelines, and scope for respective area and secure agreed deliverables.
• Establish communication and collaborate closely with the Finance team to define expense and budget guidelines, and ensure alignment across all Digital & Technology functions.
• Has oversight of all IT projects/programme financials across all IT functions that are running projects, and keeps track of all actual vs budgeted spending
• Develop IT budgets in accordance to IT strategic plan which includes Capital Expenditures and Operating Expenditures of the IT department

Project/Programme Management

• To established/maintain a set of standardized Project Management Framework/Methodology with best practices in ensuring projects are delivered within budget, scope and timeline.
• To oversee, advise and monitor the implementation of all IT programmes/projects/initiatives across Vinda SEA and set standardized Project Management Framework/Methodology on reporting across the organisation
• To collaborate with identified Projects Managers across the different functions in the Digital & Technology department and monitor IT programmes/projects spending against budget
• Manage, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop the Architecture & Projects team by overseeing the employee management process (e.g., staffing decisions, coaching, development, evaluation) with an emphasis to coach and mentor employees. Deliver timely performance feedback and counsel staff in career/performance development.

To be successful in this application, you will need to have:

• Minimum 5–10 years in IT management, digital architecture, or enterprise-level programme delivery.
• At least 3 years in a strategic leadership or transformation role.
• Diploma, Degree or Master’s in Computer Science/Information Technology or any relevant discipline.
• Knowledge on Integration of ERP, Ecommerce Platforms, and Customer Master Data
• Experience with technologies such as: Magento Commerce Cloud, Slim4, SAP, Intelligent Automation, Cloud Platforms
• Knowledge and Exposure in Emerging Technologies such as Industry 4.0, Mobile/Web, Intelligent Automation, Blockchain, Big Data/Analytics, Cloud Platforms and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of end-to-end business processes in supply chain management and backoffice processes.
