Application Management & Support
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to diagnose and resolve application-related issues.
- Apply system design principles and security best practices to maintain application stability and integrity.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and document processes accordingly.
- Maintain detailed system documentation (installation guides, user manuals, troubleshooting guides).
- Follow change management protocols for smooth application updates and modifications.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Build strong relationships with users, IT staff, and vendors.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of application support best practices.
Business Support & Process Improvement
- Engage with business users to identify system-related challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Support process enhancements through technology and automation.
- Assist in end-user training to maximize system utilization.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
IT Project Support & Compliance
- Participate in IT project implementations involving application enhancements and integrations.
- Support internal and external audits by ensuring application security and access compliance.
- Coordinate with vendors and consultants on application improvements.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
