We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Administrator to manage internal systems, support users, and handle monthly operational routines. This role includes managing endpoint security, cloud billing reviews, asset inventories, and supporting the company’s secure IT environment in compliance with regulatory standards like PCI DSS 4.0.
Key Responsibilities
User & Access Management
Provision, modify, and revoke user accounts in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and VPN platforms.
Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) and password policies across all systems.
Support onboarding/offboarding by preparing laptops, credentials, and access configurations.
Monitor endpoint antivirus status and threat events (Bitdefender, CrowdStrike, etc.).
Ensure all workstations are updated, encrypted, and compliant with internal IT policies.
Maintain and troubleshoot Windows/macOS/Linux workstations and shared resources (printers, scanners, file servers).
Manage basic network configurations (router, firewall, DNS, Wi-Fi, IP assignments).
Monthly IT Operations
Review and document cloud provider billing (e.g., Huawei Cloud, Azure) to flag cost anomalies or usage spikes.
Audit and log endpoint antivirus status across all devices monthly.
Perform monthly patch and update checks on corporate devices and IT infrastructure.
Conduct scheduled asset inventory checks, ensuring asset tags, assignment, and return status are up to date.
Asset & Procurement
Maintain an accurate asset register for laptops, mobile devices, licenses, and network equipment.
Handle IT procurement and warranty claims.
Work with vendors to support hardware lifecycle and renewals.
Technical Support
Act as first-level support for internal IT issues.
Manage IT helpdesk tickets and escalate when needed.
Document incident resolutions and maintain standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
2–4 years’ experience in corporate IT, system admin, or endpoint/security management.
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin, Azure AD, and Google Admin Console.
Comfortable with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments.
Basic networking understanding: DHCP, VLAN, firewall rules, and VPN routing.
Familiar with endpoint protection platforms and remote access tools.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with cloud cost reporting tools or cloud budget alerts.
Experience in PCI DSS, ISO 27001, or regulated IT environments.
Comfortable using inventory systems or asset tracking tools (e.g., GLPI, Snipe-IT).
Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
