About the role

As an ISO Coordinator at Ikrar Jaya Bina Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's construction projects adhere to the highest quality & safety standards and international quality & OHS management system requirements. Based in Melaka, this full-time position will see you responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's ISO certification programs.

What you'll be doing

Develop, implement and maintain quality & OHS management systems to meet ISO standards

Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality & OHS processes and identify areas for improvement

Provide training and support to project teams on quality and OHS procedures

Liaise with external certification bodies to coordinate audits and ensure continued compliance

Analyse quality & OHS data and produce reports to track performance against key metrics

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality & OHS related issues

Stay up-to-date with changes in quality & OHS management regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance, Safety, Construction Management or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience as an ISO Coordinator in the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining ISO quality & OHS management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality & OHS issues

Proficiency in interpreting and applying quality & OHS standards and regulations
