ISO & Compliance Officer (Batu Pahat/ Johor Bahru)

Job Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and improve ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) management systems.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits, including developing audit programs and supporting the company’s risk management framework.
• Collaborate with site teams and departments to address non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all project operations.
• Deliver ISO-related training and awareness sessions to staff.
• Ensure proper document control and maintenance of all ISO-related documentation.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ISO 9001, 14001, and/or 45001 management systems (preferably in the construction industry).
• Good understanding of internal auditing and ISO compliance processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills across different levels of the organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
