Job summary

Berjaya Corporation Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a Compliance professional to manage ISO processes. The role requires 2–3 years in ISO compliance, a degree in a related field, and hands-on experience with management system documentation, audits, and stakeholder liaison.

You will prepare and update ISO policies, coordinate internal and external audits, and drive awareness of the Management System across multiple departments and sites, identifying improvements for management review.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of ISO compliance management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Compliance, Quality Management, or related field.
• Experience reviewing ISO Management System documents.
• Experience coordinating internal and external ISO audits, including preparation, documentation, follow-up, and closing findings.
• Prepare, review, update and control ISO policies, procedures, SOPs, forms and related documents.
• Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, regulators and stakeholders on ISO matters.
• Promote awareness and effective implementation of the Company’s Management Systems across departments and sites.
• Identify opportunities for continual improvement and recommend actions to Management.
