Bank Rakyat Malaysia is seeking a Bank Officer to help clients achieve their financial goals through Unit Trust and Bancatakaful products. The role covers transaction approval, file management, and branch operations support, aiming for timely service and high accuracy.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor in Banking/Finance with CGPA 3.25 and have 1+ years in Bancassurance or Retail Banking. Multilingual skills and knowledge of Islamic banking and regulatory guidelines are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Banking/Finance related field with CGPA 3.25.
• Minimum 1 year as Bancassurance Officer or Retail Banking Officer.

Responsibilities

• Undertakes tasks in performance and approval on Rakyat Xclusive transactions and provides branch operation support.
• Carry out branch administrative tasks with accuracy and deliver excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
• Accept, process, and approve transactions (deposits, withdrawals, remittances, ANSB) timely and accurately.
• Perform balancing and end-of-day closing processes.
• Set up appointments, schedule meetings, and manage correspondence between the branch and customers.
