Job Description

• Intellectual property case management including searches and prosecution of applications for registration of intellectual property rights domestically and internationally
• Preparing documents for submission to the Intellectual Property Registries. Ensuring all IP matters are processed and handles in a timely and efficient manner to comply with appropriate regulations and deadlines
• Filing applications and monitoring status
• Advising on various IP matters, including IP strategies, course of action and costs
• Advising on office actions and drafting submissions
• Attending to clients’ queries and correspondences
• Coordinate trademark filings
• Assisting with recordals projects, opposition matters, IP due diligence exercise, opposition matters, etc
• Time, billing and reporting
• Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time
