Job description

Responsibilities

• Handled Datacom Equipment and Access Equipment.
• Perform system configuration and testing, end-to-end integration testing and interoperability test with operators and/or customers
• Maintenance live network and troubleshooting network problem
• Prepare network design for implementation and MoP for live network work.
• Responsible to plan, implement, integrate, migrate, and perform acceptance test for Network Products – IP Datacom, Access network.
• To analyze network performance, resolve complex network problem, and optimize network architecture.
• As technical point of contact, e.g. engineering team, customer, and vendor.
• To engage directly with marketing team, project team, and customer for the purpose of promoting and delivering strategic services.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree or above majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
• Have strong knowledge about telecom communication and with 1 to 2 years experienced in the industry. Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply.
• Good technical knowledge of IP/Transmission network, Experience with Huawei IP/Optical/Microware equipment (Router, Lanswitch, OSN Series, RTN Series) will be added in advantage.
• Excellent trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and able to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
• Candidate with HCNP, HCNA, HCIE certificate will be added advantage.
