Invoicing Customer Service Representative (Mandarin Proficient)

This role involves managing invoice processing, rate checking, resolving customer queries, and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure efficient global invoicing. The position requires excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, experience in freight forwarding or invoicing, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CW1 (preferred).

**Minimum requirements:**

• Diploma in a related field or equivalent
• Experience in international freight forwarding and/or invoicing or costing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
