A leading service company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled candidate to manage inbound and outbound communications in a bilingual manner. The ideal applicant has at least 2 years of experience dealing with invoices and delivery orders and possesses knowledge in mediation and basic SQL. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese, Bahasa, and English, even at a basic level, is required. Join us to be part of a dynamic team in Selangor.
Handle all inbound/outbound calls bilingually and effectively
Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Issue Invoice & DO.
Mediation and conflict resolution knowledge would be an added advantage.
SQL system knowledge would be an added advantage
Mandrin or Cantonese, Bahasa & English (Basic at least) speaking candidates.
