Job summary

A leading service company in Malaysia is seeking a skilled candidate to manage inbound and outbound communications in a bilingual manner. The ideal applicant has at least 2 years of experience dealing with invoices and delivery orders and possesses knowledge in mediation and basic SQL. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese, Bahasa, and English, even at a basic level, is required. Join us to be part of a dynamic team in Selangor.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Issue Invoice & DO.
  • Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SQL systems is an added advantage.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese, Bahasa, and English (basic level at least).

Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound/outbound calls bilingually and effectively.
  • Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
