Job summary

AsiaCruit, Inc. seeks an Investor Lead Generation Specialist to drive new investor acquisition and business growth in the investment sector.

This is a proactive hunter role requiring independence in sourcing prospects and managing the full sales cycle. You will engage high-net-worth individuals, business owners, family offices, and institutional investors, building a pipeline from scratch while collaborating with internal teams to execute deals and onboard investors.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, private banking, financial advisory, asset management, or related field.
Proven track record in new client acquisition, independent lead generation and closing high-value deals.
Experience engaging high-net-worth individuals, business owners, family offices, or institutional investors.

Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new investors through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
Generate leads independently and build a pipeline from scratch.
Engage HNWIs, UHNWIs, business owners, family offices, and institutional investors.
Present investment opportunities and address investors' needs and objectives.
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations and closing.
Originate new opportunities including private placements and co-investments.
Develop referral networks and explore new channels for investor acquisition.
Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution and investor onboarding.
Monitor market developments to expand investor network and pipeline.
