Asiacruit BPO, Inc. in Malaysia is seeking a commercially driven Investor Lead Generation Specialist to drive new investor acquisition and business growth within the investment sector.

The role requires a strong hunter who can identify prospects, generate leads from scratch, build a pipeline, and close high-value opportunities. The ideal candidate has a background in investment sales or related financial services, with experience engaging HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in investment sales, wealth management or financial advisory.
• Proven track record in new client acquisition and closing deals.
• Experience engaging HNWIs, UHNWIs, family offices or institutional investors.
• Hunter mentality with ability to build a sales pipeline independently.
• Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong English; Mandarin and Cantonese proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new investors through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events and proactive business development.
• Generate leads independently and build a pipeline from scratch.
• Identify and engage HNWIs, UHNWIs, business owners, family offices and institutional investors.
• Present investment opportunities and address investor needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing.
• Originate new business opportunities, including private placements and co-investments.
• Develop referral networks and new channels for investor acquisition.
• Explore new market opportunities to expand the investor base.
• Work toward sales targets and capital raised.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution and onboarding.
• Monitor market developments to expand the investor network.
