The role centers on project management for Private Credit investments, deal analysis, due diligence, and portfolio value creation across regional opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or equivalent with excellent academic results; CFA or MBA graduates preferred.
• 6–9 years of relevant work experience in Investment Analysis, Consulting, M&A and Corporate Finance.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deal Judgement: assess and conclude due diligence outcomes from industry to company.
• Deal Jurisdiction: lead DD projects, supervise advisors, QC and timelines.
• Exit readiness: prepare valuation reviews and assist with exit readiness.
• Portfolio support: manage smaller projects for the deal team and management.

Job Purpose

• Project Management for Private Credit investments. Involved in conducting deal analysis and due diligence, identifying & screening initial opportunities
• Project lead for value creation initiation and portfolio companies, including for exit

Job Accountabilities

Deal Judgement (Micro/Macro Assessment)

• Demonstrates ability to get to the right conclusions regarding due diligence outcomes (industry to company)
• Able to scope and prepare industry and competitive analysis independently
• Due Diligence project management (all aspects including supervision, advisor management, QC)
• Contribute in Exco meetings adding value to discussions and decision making
• Ownership and carriage of smaller projects supporting management and senior deal team

Exit (Project Management)

• Prepare valuation review / analysis for IC
• Help with exit readiness preparation
• Manage advisors and help manage DD + Q&A process

Job Requirements :

• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree in accountancy, finance or equivalent, with excellent academic results; CFA or MBA graduates
• 6 to 9 years years of relevant work experience in Investment Analysis, Consulting, M&A , and Corporate Finance Experience
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, business judgment and work ethic
