• Coordinate and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders in the Malaysian real estate market.
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to support investment decisions and pricing strategies.
• Prepare high-quality pitch materials and proposals for potential investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices within the Malaysian real estate and capital markets sector.
