Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Capable of safely performing repetitive tasks, including lifting weights up to 15kg.
• Full-time availability, including weekends and flexibility to work outside standard hours.

Job description

Skills I need to perform are:

• Coach team on safe behaviours; respond to, report, and investigate hazards, near-misses, and incidents.
• Coordinate the team, tasks, resources, and equipment to deliver accurate and efficient performance.
• Respond to team queries and solve problems affecting performance.
• Monitor and update on KPI performance; take operational actions to influence cost and productivity metrics.
• Assist my leader with resource strategies and rostering; inspect team schedule adherence.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver effective end-to-end operations.
• Demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Capable of safely performing repetitive tasks, including lifting weights up to 15kg.
• Capable of safely walking approximately 8km per shift.

AVAILABILITY

• Full-time availability, including weekends and flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
