Job description

This position is responsible for operations of specific programs that being assigned to by ensuring delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements:

1. To perform required periodic cycle count of the cargo stored in the warehouse and to report any discrepancies.
2. Handling customer complaints with regards to Inventory.
3. Manage cargo damage and rework activities.
4. To perform stock movement and adjustment update in WMS.
5. To communicate and update customer via email on a daily basis.
6. Monitor and re-order stock for packaging materials as and when required.
7. To complete all required documentation such as inventory report, damage report, rework report, etc., and timely submission to customer as required.
8. To monitor and supervise a group of workers from the agency to ensure the workers deliver the required tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
9. To organize the required team member in delegating the tasks among the subordinate on a daily basis.
10. To provide support to warehouse senior executive in implementation of initiatives to meet warehouse's goals, strategy and policies.
11. To ensure cleanliness of overall warehouse area and to take necessary action to maintain the condition.
12. To stop and report any unsafe activity within the warehouse to the immediate superior.
13. To perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum two (2) years work experience in the logistics and transportation industry.
• Knowledge of warehouse management system would be an advantage.
• Service oriented, good interpersonal and communication skills.
