Responsibilities- Program Management
- Key technical contributor who leads the Inventory Optimization program for Keysight across all functional teams.
- Act as business consultant to division VPs and Manufacturing Managers in providing insights into status of key metrics and identifying opportunities for improving ROIC through new initiatives/projects.
- Explore new opportunities and solutions via out-of-box thinking and innovative approaches in balancing the company’s goals.
- Apply business & technical knowledge to model & determine the right level of inventory to support growth and efficient working capital deployment at the various points in the product life cycle.
- Partner with production, procurement, planning teams to plan and execute initiatives and ultimately to ensure supply chain and inventory goals are being met.
- Influence policy making & acceptance of change.
- Reporting & Analytics
- Develop tools and processes to provide visibility, measure performance & identify gaps on key inventory metrics including Days of inventory, inventory profile & aging.
- Perform deep analysis on large data sets to provide insights & make proposals for business opportunities.
- Facilitate up-stream decision making & down-stream execution.
Qualifications- Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent plus >10 years practical experience in an ERP-based supply chain environment.
- Highly numerate and possess the ability to perform deep analysis on large data sets & make proposals on new business opportunities.
- Able to conceive & construct ad-hoc projects in a very independent manner driving for recommendations which are readily actionable.
- Possess good business sense with strong written and oral communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Power-point and also preferably Power BI.
- Efficient time management to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Prior experience in Finance/Engineering/Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
