Device and Supply Chain Management

Job Purpose

Responsible to enable and implement warehouse and logistics operations strategies, ensuring full governance across the warehouse fulfillment & last mile delivery process, whilst adhering to requisite service level agreement (SLA). In addition, plays a crucial role in ensuring 3PL business partners are aligned to company’s target & deliverables.

Job Accountabilities

  • To enable and implement overall warehouse & logistics operations strategies for 3PL business.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure adherence of service level agreements (SLA) governance between company and logistics partners.
  • Monitoring of weekly inbound and inventory availability, stock replenishment to ensure efficient device & accessories stock fulfillment across all channels - timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Manage reverse logistics for end-of-life products and resolve complaints and operational issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with device vendors, logistics partners, channels and customers to ensure seamless operations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Identify gaps across the value chain, actively find solutions for process improvements and implement solutions effectively
  • Ability to analyse logistics and inventory data such as stock level, ordering rates and pattern, understanding of week of supply etc.
  • Support internal audit and assurance of logistics operations in terms of warehouse operation processes, operation workflow, governance, reporting and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain necessary management reports on inventory levels, shipping delays, operational issues etc
  • Coordinate on invoicing to ensure 3PL aligns with the agreed terms and rates

What do you need to have for this role?

  • Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent
  • Relevant Work Experience : 3 to 5 years in Supply Chain Management / Distribution business
  • Experience with supply chain management software. Proficient in SAP or its equivalent.
  • Tech savvy and computer literate. Proficient in Microsoft, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate need to have an acute sense of business savvy, ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment, a team player, critical thinker & acute problem solving skills.
  • Personal traits : Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative
