Job Description

• Processing of delivery arrangement upon receiving of delivery note/request from order management in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Logistic/3PL team on shipment receiving, deliveries and movement of goods.
• Ensure complete and accurate billing submission to the finance department for payment purpose.
• Ensure all inbound & outbound deliveries are updated in system.
• Continuous monitoring and evaluating service provider’s performance.
• Monitor warehouse overall performance & barcode scanning system.
• Processing Sales Return Orders upon receiving the return cargo.
• Act as System UAT processor.
• Perform any other related duties as and when directed by your Superior.
  
  

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in All Business Field
• Preferably specializing in Purchasing / Procurement / Inventory or equivalent.
