Job summary

Notebook Plaza Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a warehouse assistant to manage stock intake, outbound shipments, and organize stock by brand/model. The role includes stock wrapping and repacking of demo units, plus regular stock checks to ensure accuracy.

You will also implement division policies and follow SOPs, with ad-hoc tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a basic education level and be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin for client interactions.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidate should be organized with strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for warehouse management, stock receiving, outgoing and arrange stock according to brand/model.
• Responsible for stock wrapping, prepare/repacking of demo units.
• Conduct stock check and ensure stock accuracy.
• Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required.
