Job summary

EXTRA NATURAL SDN BHD in Kepong, Malaysia, is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage stock receipt, storage and issuance following company procedures. You will assist in loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods and keep the warehouse neat, clean and safe.

You will also assist in packaging and labeling, conduct periodic stock takes, arrange deliveries and verify delivery documents, ensure on-time and intact deliveries, and carry out other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of stock systematically according to company procedures.
• 2. Assist in the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods.
• 3. Organize stock and ensure the warehouse is always neat, clean, and safe.
• 4. Assist in the packaging and labelling of products.
• 5. Conduct periodic stock counts (stock take).
• 6. Handle the delivery of goods, including logistics arrangement and verification of delivery documents.
• 7. Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in good condition.
• 8. Perform other duties assigned by management or supervisor from time to time
