Job summary

Sanyco Grand Industries in Shah Alam, Selangor is seeking a role focused on delivery part preparation, labeling, and loading for delivery. You will assist the supervisor in delivery planning, ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of raw materials and consumables, and handle issuing PO/GRN as part of daily operations.

Applicants should maintain FIFO flow, use barcodes and scanners, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages while guiding subordinates and training OJT staff.

Responsibilities

• Pull necessary part, label and loading for delivery
• Assistance to Supervisor, Delivery & Planning on any other matters as and when necessary.
• Ensure all childpart, housing, ingot, raw material and others consumable goods are properly storage, label and proper documentation.
• Responsible of issuing PO, GRN , etc.
• Monitor materials inventory level to ensure there is no stock out of materials.
• Overall monitor the updating of raw materials or components.
• Monitor and guide subordinates
• Train OJT to subordiantes
• Understand the flow for incoming materials and interface with IQC
• Knowledge of FIFO, location, preservation including working environment
• Knowledge of skill in using barcodes, QR codes, scanners etc
• Knowledge of methods to issue materials to production, and acceptance of returns
• Knowledge of specified methods to pack/label and deliver customers and ensure On Time Delivery and in good conditions
• Knowledge of flow to handle customer returns (complaints, warranties, etc)
• Good communication and interaction skills.
• Ability to use tact and sensitivity in handling day-to-day interactions.
