Job Description

1. Inventory controlling

• Perform checking, analysis and reporting for inventories movement type on a monthly basis.
• Perform checking, analysis and reporting on scrapping of inventories, inventories adjustments posting and inventories variances/differences.
• Coordinate year-end physical inventory count and ad hoc physical inventory count.
• Document the scrapping inventory process.
• Serve as key user and process owner for inventory management and maintenance.
• Perform & be responsible for quarterly and rolling forecast inventory valuation process and year-end financial closing.
• Perform and coordinate cycle counting for Robert Bosch (M) Sdn Bhd.
• Ensure inventory management and valuation comply with Central Directive.

Other responsibilities

• Manage Free Trade Application for RBMA as process owner.
• Handle administrative and process documentation tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing environment and MNCs, especially in inventory management and FTA.
• Efficiently perform routine reporting and process documentation tasks.
• Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data.
• Be a team player, proactive, highly motivated, self-driven, results and future-oriented.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain integrity as an independent inventory controller.
• Cost awareness mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Financial IT-systems or other digital tools is a plus.
• Strive for continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
