Job Overview

This position is responsible for maintaining high inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility. The role involves monitoring inventory levels and product movement, controlling/isolation of non-conforming products as defined by local work instructions and in line with client expectations and quality standards. The goal is to ensure a conforming product mix and facilitate efficient order fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and control inventory integrity, including product identification and location programs. Research inventory discrepancies, make necessary corrections, and manage the inventory control function at the site.
  2. Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits, and reconciliations. Track and report non-conforming products, resolve inventory issues promptly, and document aged, scrap, and damaged products.
  3. Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and generate reports for management and clients. Coordinate efforts across operations to enhance inventory accuracy.
  4. Must be able to pass the Stock Picker (SP) certification test and handle the unit daily.
  5. Initiate actions to prevent non-conformities related to products, processes, and quality systems. Recommend or implement solutions through appropriate channels and verify their effectiveness.
  6. Possess a Degree or Diploma in relevant disciplines.
  7. Have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  8. Knowledge of warehouse management systems and SAP is advantageous.
  9. Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
