Job Overview

This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity within the facility, monitoring inventory levels and product movement, controlling/isolation of non-conforming product as defined by local work instruction and in conformance with client expectations and quality standards, ensuring a conforming product mix and facilitating efficient order fulfillment.

Job Responsibilities (Duties / Tasks)

• Monitor and control inventory integrity, product identification and location program, research inventory discrepancies, and make necessary corrections while managing the inventory control function at the site.
• Oversee physical inventories, cycle counts, random or receipt audits/reconciliations, track and report non-conforming product, resolve inventory problems in a timely manner, and document and control aged, scrap & damaged product.
• Maintain inventory accuracy metrics and associated reports for management/client and coordinate efforts across operations departments to enhance inventory accuracy.
• Must be able to pass the Stock Picker (SP) certification test and handle the unit on a daily basis.
• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality systems; recommend or provide solutions through appropriate channels and verify the implementation of the solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management system and SAP would be an advantage.
• Service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
