Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate/Operator in Johor Bahru to support shipping, receiving and stocking operations on a 6-month contract. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities include assisting with forklift operations, ensuring accurate inventory, and providing excellent customer service to internal customers. The position is on-site at our Asia facility.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist.
• Must be able to sit/stand for at least 90 consecutive minutes.
• Strong sense of urgency and accuracy in tasks.

Responsibilities

• Willingness to become forklift certified and comply with local standards.
• Facilitate accurate shipping, receiving, and stocking operations.
• Supply boxes to support areas.
• Rotation of positions: X-Pin, D-Container, Stock, Receiving as per facilities.
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal/external customers.
• Perform other inventory-related tasks as directed.
• Work independently and as part of the team.
• Backup driver for company truck (≤26,001 LB GVW non CDL).
