Job description
Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries.
Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Support the logistics team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and reporting.
Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple outlets.
Perform stock reconciliations and ensure accurate data in the system.
Ensure all documentation (e.g., GRNs, delivery orders, invoices) is accurate and properly filed.
Generate regular reports on inventory, shipments, and logistics performance.
