About the role
We're looking for a dedicated and organized Inventory Assistant to join our team at Eye Nation Medical Sdn Bhd in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam. As a full-time Inventory Assistant, you'll be responsible for preparing Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Delivery Orders promptly for customer deliveries and maintaining accurate inventory records of our medical supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

What you'll be doing

Process all incoming orders from customers by preparing the stock orders and ensure that stock matches with the orders.

Regularly update inventory systems to ensure real-time accuracy of stock records.

Maintain detailed records of inventory, including quantities and expiration dates.

To identify inventory needs and place orders for restock inventory.

Manage the good receive note to ensure the items received match and tally.

Maintain the invoice and Deliver Oder filing systems for record keeping,

Provide support to Finance Department by preparing the Credit Note.

What we're looking for :

Possess at least Certificate / Diploma in any field.

At least 3 years experience in inventory / store operations and systems.

Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office applications.
