Job description

Interventional Account Manager - Oncology

Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets.

Define and develop sustainable new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts.

Perform product demonstrations, customer education, in-service support, and case support as required.

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to meet revenue targets.

Maintain clinical knowledge within respective disease states at an excellent level.

Control expenses within territory budgets and manage resources according to BD guidelines and policies.

Complete administrative duties promptly, including call reports and results reports.

Foster brand loyalty and achieve sales and market share growth within the assigned area.

Maintain accurate customer and account files, written and electronic.

Represent BD at local, regional, and national medical conferences.

Collaborate with relevant teams to develop and manage all sales-related activities.

Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.com is preferred.

Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety and product quality by adhering to quality policies and procedures.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the Medical Tech Industry.
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry is acceptable.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
