Job summary

Kube Native in Cyberjaya is offering an Internship Software Engineering (System Analyst) to work on real-world government and enterprise projects, ensuring cloud-native platforms are reliable and user-friendly.

You will analyse requirements, run system integration tests, and support end users while gaining hands-on experience with PHP Laravel, React/Vue frontend, Node.js/Go backend, and deployments on Kubernetes and Docker across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Basic understanding of SQL and ability to write queries for data extraction and verification.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (PHP, JavaScript, or Python preferred).
• Experience with testing concepts: unit testing, UAT, SIT, or bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills – you can break down a problem and write clear notes.
• Comfortable with helpdesk or support tasks – patient and clear when explaining technical issues to non-technical users.
• Bonus: Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Must be based in or willing to commute to Cyberjaya for the internship period.
