Job summary

GENRE Professional Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is offering an Software Engineer Internship starting from September/October 2026 to help build in-house systems and innovative solutions with strong design and features.

You will assist in programming and development, perform debugging, testing and documentation, and may be offered a permanent role with good performance. A positive attitude and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a software degree program (e.g., Software Engineering, Computer Science).
• Familiar with programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, and related technologies.
• Familiar with Visual Studio and a positive working attitude.

About the role

Responsibilities

• Assist in building in-house systems
• Responsible for designing, programming and development of application program
• Perform logic design, coding, debugging, testing and documenting of the program

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Currently enrolled in any software degree program, eg. Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++ & others
• Familiar with Visual Studio
• Must have a positive working attitude
• Be responsible with the work even it is just an internship
• No prior experience is required
• Able to work independently & self-initiator.
