Internship Scope & Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute across multiple areas, including:

1. Social Media & Content Marketing

• Assist in managing social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu)
• Help create content ideas, captions, and marketing materials
• Support short video content creation and campaign planning
• Assist with posting schedules and audience engagement
• Assist with generating and managing leads from ads and social media
• Learn basic Meta Ads and online marketing strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and customer engagement

3. Travel Product & Promotion Support

• Work with the team to promote inbound, outbound, and custom travel packages
• Assist in preparing promotional materials, posters, and travel content
• Research travel trends, destinations, and competitor campaigns
• Support seasonal campaigns such as MATTA Fair and school holiday promotions

4. Branding & Business Exposure

Throughout the internship, you will be exposed to:

• Real tourism marketing workflow
• Travel industry branding strategies
• Content marketing for tourism
• Sales funnel & lead management
• Basic SEO & website content management
• AI tools and modern marketing workflow

You will also receive guidance, training, and performance feedback throughout your internship.

Duration

4 to 6 months (full-time, work-from-office)
