Job summary

Arvato Systems Malaysia invites undergraduates and postgraduates in Computer Science, Engineering or IT-related fields to join its Internship Program (AIP) with a dedicated Cybersecurity track. Learn, contribute, and be mentored in real-world projects.

You will gain hands-on experience, be involved in technical implementation, deliver assigned work on schedule, collaborate across teams and participate in company initiatives while developing your professional voice.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or postgraduate in CS/CE/IT/IS/related technical discipline.
• CGPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong teamwork spirit and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Cybersecurity internship track and learn from assigned projects.
• Assist with hands-on cybersecurity tasks and implementation.
• Deliver assigned milestones within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the team and stakeholders across projects.
• Engage in company initiatives and events and receive feedback.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from Arvato Systems Malaysia staff.
• Be a brand ambassador for the internship program.

Job description

Arvato Systems Malaysia, a German-based global IT service solutions company, has been enabling digital transformation for businesses since 2005.

Our aspiration is to provide opportunities for the young high-potential undergraduates in gaining valuable hands-on digital work experience and related learning as well as being mentored by our people at Arvato Systems Malaysia to prepare them for the workforce.

• Learn about the technology and how it works.
• Understand and contribute towards the assigned project/ areas of learning.
• Be involved in the technical implementation of the assigned project/ areas of learning.
• Complete assigned deliverables within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with the team and other stakeholders involved.
• Participate in company-wide initiatives and events.
• Receive guidance and mentorship throughout the internship.
• Be open for a two-way feedback and coaching.
• Be our brand ambassador.

What Must You Have:

• Be an Undergraduate or Postgraduate who is in the final semester of your current Diploma/ Degree/ Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• A minimum of CGPA 3.2 and above.
• An excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• A strong team collaborative spirit with a growth mindset.
