Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is offering an internship within the product development team to support the development and implementation of products across distribution channels in line with the company strategy.

Key tasks include assisting with product development, regulatory changes, market intelligence, and preparing Sales Illustrations for intermediaries, while keeping product information up to date.

Qualifications

• Student in good progress of Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial/Mathematics/Statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation of product development process and regulatory changes by performing UAT, preparing product materials, etc.
• Conduct market intelligence, providing comparison on Allianz Product against competitors.
• Support sales intermediaries and operation colleagues by preparing manual Sales Illustration based on required scenarios.
• Assist in arrangement of product meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Maintain and update product information in the shared folder from time to time.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assist in implementation of product development process and any regulatory changes by performing User Acceptance Testing, preparing product materials and etc.
• Conduct market intelligence, providing comparison on Allianz Product against competitors’.
• Support sales intermediaries and operation colleagues by preparing manual Sales Illustration based on required scenarios.
• Assist in arrangement of product meeting and to prepare meeting minutes for discussion held.
• Maintain and update product information in the shared folder from time to time.

Important to your success:

• Student in good progress of Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial / Mathematics / Statistics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Important:

• Applicants must be available for a minimum 3 month internship and be able to join scheduled onboarding dates.
• Internship offers must be accepted at least 1 month before the onboarding date.
