Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an internship opportunity for students currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales. The role involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, preparing quotations and reports, and following up on customer enquiries.

You will gain hands-on sales experience and receive monthly internship allowance. Ideal candidates are organized, willing to learn, and able to work well in a team, with good communication in Mandarin,

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
• Prepare and update sales documents, quotations, and reports.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales-related matters.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support sales activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
