Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist PRPC UF instrument engineers and technicians for troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvement of field instrumentation.
• Participate in HAZOP, SIL assessment, and risk assessments.
• Support instrument engineers and technicians in ensuring instrumentation design meets functional safety requirements.
• Maintain compliance with plant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Assist instrument technicians in instrument shutdown/turnaround team activities.
• Support PRPC UF Instrument engineers and technicians in maintaining accurate engineering records.
• Assist instrument engineers/technicians in preparing technical reports, procedures, and Job Method Statements.

  • Assist PRPC UF instrument engineers and technicians for troubleshooting, maintenance, and reliability improvement of field instrumentation.
  • Involve in root cause analysis (RCA) session and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Participate in HAZOP, SIL assessment, and risk assessments.
  • Support instrument engineers and technicians in ensuring instrumentation design meets functional safety requirements (SIS, SIL verification).
  • Maintain compliance with plant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Assisting instrument technicians in instrument shutdown /turnaround (TA) team activities.
• Documentation & Reporting
  • Support PRPC UF Instrument engineers and technicians in maintaining accurate engineering records.
  • Assist instrument engineers / technicians in preparing technical reports, procedures, and Job Method Statements (JMS).
