Job summary

Mandi BP is seeking a Graphic Design Intern in Kuala Lumpur to help turn ideas into eye-catching visuals for social media, brochures, and web visuals. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all materials are on-brand.

You should be currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design or related field, with fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A solid portfolio showing range and personality is required.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related design field.
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; motion or video edits are a bonus.
• Strong in design fundamentals: typography, layout, color theory, branding.

Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching visuals for social media graphics, brochures and flyers.
• Help design and layout product catalogs and promo materials, keeping everything clean and on-brand.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and bring visual ideas to life for online and offline campaigns.
• Be part of shaping and growing our brand identity across touchpoints.
• Design presentations and visual decks that are clear and engaging.
• Assist in photoshoots and post-production.

Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. (If you can do some motion or video edits = bonus points!)

Strong in design fundamentals - typography, layout, color theory, branding... all the good stuff.

Able to turn ideas into clean, eye-catching visuals that tell a story.

Have experience creating marketing materials - social media posts, flyers, brochures, web visuals, etc.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a few projects without losing your cool.

Comfortable communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia, if can speak mandarin also good

A team player who can also work independently when needed.

Enjoys fast-paced environments and isn't afraid to explore creative solutions.

Have a solid portfolio (school projects also count!) that shows your range and personality.

• Help design and layout product catalogs and promo materials, keeping everything clean, consistent, and on-brand.
• Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and bring visual ideas to life for both online + offline campaigns.
• Be part of shaping and growing our brand identity, ensuring every touchpoint looks and feels cohesive.
• Design presentations and visual decks that are clear, engaging, and visually pleasing.
• Support the creation of packaging designs, making sure they follow brand standards (and look awesome on shelves!).
• Assist in photoshoots and video productions - from styling props to helping with editing and post-production.
• Keep an eye on design trends, market inspirations, and competitor visuals to help us stay fresh, modern, and ahead.
