Job summary

Wonderspire in Malaysia offers an internship for a Digital Marketing Executive to support campaigns, content creation, and social media activity across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Canva.

You will plan and execute marketing initiatives to generate leads and registrations, create promotional copy, and track performance while learning about education-focused product marketing and parental communications.

Qualifications

• Degree in marketing, digital marketing, social media, campaign execution, or related fields.
• Good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to write clear and persuasive content for parents and families.
• Familiar with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Canva
• Basic understanding of lead generation, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with generative AI tools
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Interested in education, parenting, children's development, or technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, registrations, and customer interest for the Wonderspire products.
• Create social media content, captions, campaign messages, and promotional copy.
• Support Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, website, and landing page marketing activities.
• Lead promotion communication, customer follow-up, and lead conversion.
• Support school, parent, event, and community marketing activities.
• Collect and organize parent feedback, testimonials, and customer stories.
• Track campaign performance including leads, registrations, engagement, and conversion.
• Facilitate collaboration with industry partners to achieve marketing goals
• Prepare simple marketing reports with insights and improvement actions.
