Wonderspire in Malaysia is offering an internship for a Content Marketing Specialist. You will assist in planning and executing campaigns to generate interest and engage families.

You should have a degree in marketing or related fields, good writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and familiarity with social media platforms and Canva. This role provides training and exposure to digital marketing practices.

• Degree in marketing, digital marketing, social media, campaign execution, or related fields.
• Strong writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to write clear and persuasive content for parents and families.
• Familiar with Tiktok, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Canva.
• Basic understanding of lead generation, landing pages, and digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, registrations, and customer interest for Wonderspire products.
• Create social media content, captions, campaign messages, and promotional copy.
• Support Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, website, and landing page marketing activities.
• Lead promotion communication, customer follow-up, and lead conversion.
• Support school, parent, event, and community marketing activities.
• Collect and organize parent feedback, testimonials, and customer stories.
• Track campaign performance including leads, registrations, engagement, and conversion.
• Facilitate collaboration with industry partners to achieve marketing goals.
• Prepare simple marketing reports with insights and improvement actions.
