Job summary

DHL Express in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a customer service-oriented professional to support day-to-day operations, respond to inquiries, and help maintain trackers. The role emphasizes accurate communication, empathy, and teamwork within an international shipping environment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle basic reporting, and contribute to process improvements in a fast-paced setting. This is a full-time on-site position offering exposure to SLA management and customer service
