Job summary

SERVERGIGABIT NETWORK in Penang is seeking an enthusiastic Content Writing - Journalism - Marketing intern to create engaging content for website and social platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, and more. You will assist with day-to-day content execution, publishing, and optimization across EPOS’s digital channels.

You will plan and execute paid ad campaigns to drive leads and engagement, monitor performance, analyze metrics, and research trends to keep content fresh.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (posts, captions, short videos) tailored for Website, Facebook, TikTok, Lemon8, and so on.
• To manage the day-to-day execution, publishing, and optimisation of content across EPOS’s social media, e-commerce marketplaces, website, and other digital platforms.
• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns to achieve performance goals like leads and engagement.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for better results.
• Research trends and platform-specific best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the team to align content and campaigns with marketing strategies.
