Job summary

Carlsberg Malaysia is seeking an Intern, Finance (Treasury) to support treasury and banking operations. You will gain hands-on experience with general ledger postings, journal entries, and monthly bank reconciliations while assisting with internal control and audit-related activities.

The role offers exposure to treasury processes, working closely with stakeholders. A 3‑month internship requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, finance, banking or accounting.
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Commitment to a 3‑month internship.
• Demonstrated leadership in extracurricular activities.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting bank-related journal entries and treasury tasks.
• Support Control Framework Over Financial Reporting (CFFR) submissions.
• Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and other treasury tasks.
• Support year-end audit requirements and documentation handling.

We are looking for an Intern, Finance (Treasury) to support treasury and banking operations. You will gain hands‑on experience in general ledger clearing, journal entry postings, and monthly bank reconciliations, while assisting with internal control processes and audit‑related activities. You will also support year‑end audit requirements, including bank confirmations and documentation handling, working closely with internal stakeholders. What you’ll be doing

• Assisting in posting bank‑related journal entries.
• Providing support for Control Framework Over Financial Reporting (CFFR) submissions.
• Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations.
• Supporting other treasury‑related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Banking, Accounting, any other similar qualification
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
